On an old dairy farm, directly beside the South Downs Way, near Cocking, sits Flint Barn Cafe.
A place to refuel when walking, take time to chat with friends, or rest calf muscles after an exciting bike ride -
​ we are here waiting with delicious food.

Join us on the South Downs and take to the trails to hunt out the questions on our Quiz Sheets!
Families with children 3-6 years - short walk with a variety of quiz questions for all ages.  
Families with children 7+ years - 2.5 mile walk with lots of lambs to see and quiz for all ages.
