On an old dairy farm, directly beside the South Downs Way, near Cocking, sits Flint Barn Cafe.
A place to refuel when walking, take time to chat with friends, or rest calf muscles after an exciting bike ride -
we are here waiting with delicious food.

We are proud to run our business on the Cowdray Estate.
